AI Customer Service Agent – Al Qada Law Firm
AI Customer Service Agent – Al Qada Law Firm
A bilingual AI customer-service agent for a Dubai law firm, running on Make.com and Claude. It handles first-line enquiries 24/7 in Arabic and English, explains services and fees, and passes only qualified cases to the lawyers.

Project Description
The firm receives a high volume of enquiries across debt recovery, litigation, employment law, DIFC matters, intellectual property and company liquidation. Most are repetitive first-contact questions. The agent answers these instantly and consistently, so lawyers spend their time on real cases.
THE STORY
I started with a reusable prompt-template system that analyses a company’s own documents and produces a deployable customer-service system prompt. For Al Qada this became a fully customised, versioned prompt (50+ iterations) covering every practice area, the AED 500 consultation-fee structure and the firm’s tone of voice.
OUR APPROACH
The agent runs as a Make.com scenario with Claude. Every reply is returned as a structured 14-field JSON object so downstream automation can route, log and follow up. Guardrails are strict: it never predicts case outcomes, defaults all amounts to AED unless the client names another currency, and explains process steps only when asked.
What it delivers
- Instant, bilingual first response to every enquiry, 24/7
- Lawyers only see qualified, pre-structured cases
- Consistent answers on services and fees with a hard legal-advice guardrail
- Structured data for CRM and follow-up automation
